About Us
Development over hype.
LINK is a football coaching community and club based in East Sussex. We bring together open coaching sessions, grassroots teams and opportunities to play, learn and grow—from a child’s first kicks to women’s football.
Our aim is simple: help players improve, build confidence and enjoy belonging to a football community.
High standards in every detail
Our sessions are fast-paced and technically focused. We challenge players to improve, paying close attention to the small details that build better skills, habits and understanding of the game.
Our coaching team includes former professional and semi-professional players, alongside FA and UEFA-qualified coaches. Coaches are DBS checked and first-aid trained.
We combine high standards with encouragement, enjoyment and a sense of belonging, helping players build confidence and take pride in their progress.

Development
We focus on helping players learn, improve and understand the game. Progress takes time, practice and encouragement.
Enjoyment and confidence
Players should look forward to football. We encourage them to try things, learn from mistakes and build confidence through playing.
Belonging
A team is about more than the match. We value friendships, teamwork and a welcoming community for players and families.
Respect
Respect for teammates, coaches, opponents and officials is part of how we play. We expect players and parents to support a positive football environment.
Care
The wellbeing of our players matters. We want families to feel comfortable raising questions or concerns and to work with us to keep football a positive experience.
Opportunity
We create different ways to take part, from introductory sessions and school clubs to extra coaching and team football. We help players find the next step that suits them.
Led by football experience
LINK is led by Fraser Logan, a former professional footballer whose experience in the game shapes our coaching approach. Our coaches, volunteers, families and partners all play a part in helping the club grow.
